Live Baltimore Home Center
In 1999, CPHA launched the "Live Baltimore" campaign to promote city living. This effort aimed to highlight the many attraction of Baltimore neighborhoods and the unique value that these neighborhoods offer to prospective homebuyers. CPHA spun off the Live Baltimore campaign in 2002 into an independent organization, the Live Baltimore Home Center. Please visit to find more about city living in the region!

New Schools Advisory Board
In 1999, CPHA spearheaded the effort in Baltimore to develop "new schools" - schools that are part of the Baltimore City school system but are created and operated by unique partnerships. Today, there are 8 new schools, including some of the most exciting and innovative schools in the region. The New Schools Advisory Board provides coordination and oversight to these innovative schools.
