  Some recent efforts that CPHA has "spun off" into separate organizations or efforts

CPHA worked with the Chesapeake Bay Foundation and Environmental Defense to form the Baltimore Regional Partnership in 1996, and the three groups were joined by the Greater Baltimore Urban League and 1000 Friends of Maryland in 1998. The Partnership coordinates the efforts of these civic and environmental groups to affect changes in regional policy that will make the Baltimore region stronger, more just, and environmentally sustainable.
